be in RR or RR estates. For city limits go to: city limits 
Just because you have a high unit number does not mean the land is of low value.
Low unit numbers also depend on development both planed and current.
We do a lot of land! Do you have the last tax bill?  If you have not paid your taxes in
the last two years the land is most likely not yours and has been sold at auction.
You can check your land for taxes or names at Sandoval County. Go to:

If the land was held by somone now deceased you will need a copy of the deed and
the death certificate notarized to comsumate the sale.  If you need a title co. to
